🪄 Turn your mess into a map
Meeting notes, an AI answer, an email thread — paste it, Zemind sorts it into a clear map. Real to-dos become a task board.
📝Note

🤖 Proposed grouping

Review the groups before applying — nothing changes on the board until you confirm.

🖼 Export for sharing

🔎 What is really in the folder

Looking changes nothing — not your maps, not the folder, not your backup settings — so you can compare several folders freely. The one thing that writes is + Add files, and only when you ask: drop pictures straight into a brand folder inside “Images”.

🗺 Link to another map

Clicking its badge will open that map — from a node, a shape or a sticky. The link travels in the file: on a machine without the map, the badge says so instead of failing silently.

Open it as

🕸 Library graph

📊 Import a list

One row becomes one child of this node. The first column is that child's text; every other column can become a sub-node, a note, a date, an assignee or a kanban column.

CSV, TSV or Excel (.xlsx)

📅 Schedule

One date is enough — the node shows as a one-day milestone. Dated nodes appear in the 🗓 Gantt view.

🤖 Copilot — build from a brief

Describe what you want to build — the AI proposes a structure, you approve it before it lands on the map or board. Nothing is added without your go-ahead.

⚙️ Settings

Your signature travels on 📣 shared images — never inside the map data itself.

🙂

Social links for the image footer live in 📣 Share image, next to the post they sign.

The look of a map itself — font, skin, palette, background — lives in ✒️ Style, because it travels with each document.

Zemind works fully without AI. To enable 🤖 Copilot, 🤖 Organize and ✨ Expand, paste your Claude API key — a personal access code that lets Zemind talk to Claude under your own account (created in a minute on Anthropic's site, billed to you per use, no subscription). It is stored on this device (the browser's local storage), is sent only to api.anthropic.com, and is never included in a .zemind, .json or .md export.

Create a key at console.anthropic.com. Model used: .

Claude does not generate images: that feature goes through Google. Create a key at aistudio.google.com — it is stored on this device, sent only to generativelanguage.googleapis.com, and never included in an export. Model used: .

🖼 Generate an image

Describe the image you want. It is produced by Google Gemini and downscaled before being stored (like every image in Zemind). Nothing is added to the map until you click “Insert”.

✨ Start from a template

Every preview is rendered by the app's own engine — this is exactly what you will get.

Fill this in and the AI rewrites the template's labels for your context right after it opens (⌘Z undoes it all at once). Leave empty for the plain template.

🔒 Data processing statement

A one-page document you can attach to a proposal or a tender, stating where Zemind keeps your client's data. Every line is verifiable — your client can open the browser's Network tab and check.
